Hello...

My name is Fay and I am the face behind Mindset Moments Coaching. I am passionate about the power of coaching and how it can transform people's lives. I have experienced first hand how the power of being heard can impact your life.

Your thoughts and what you’ve got to say matter - I'm here to listen to you.

Deeper connections...

As a proud introvert and someone who has had to learn how to truly understand myself, I bring a calm, deeply attentive and person-centred approach to coaching.

My purpose is to create spaces where clients can think clearly, be fully heard, challenge assumptions, and feel empowered to move in the direction they genuinely want.

What's on your mind?

I combine:

  • deep Thinking Environment training

  • psychological insight

  • HR leadership experience

  • and a calm, reflective coaching style

If you're feeling stuck, uncertain, or ready to challenge what’s been holding you back, Mindset Moments Coaching offers the space to think differently, gain clarity, and take confident steps forward.

About Fay

A coach who deeply understands what it means to find your voice, because I had to learn how to find mine.

Growing up quiet, introverted, and navigating a stammer, I spent years believing my voice didn’t belong in certain rooms. I often heard I needed to “speak up” or “be more confident,” yet no one could explain what that actually meant. As I moved into the workplace, this translated into procrastination, fear of getting things wrong, imposter syndrome and a tendency to hide rather than step forward.

Coaching changed the direction of my life.
It gave me the space to think, understand myself, and recognise the beliefs, patterns and fears that were driving my behaviour. With clarity came choice and confidence. I began to see myself differently, to let go of shame I’d carried for years, and to step into a version of myself that felt authentic and grounded.

This experience shapes everything about how I coach today.

It’s why I create spaces of ease, patience and genuine understanding. It’s why my sessions balance empathy with thoughtful challenge. And it’s why I am passionate about helping others find the clarity and confidence that once felt out of reach for me.

Experience, Training & Professional Background

My coaching practice is informed by a combination of professional HR leadership experience, accredited coaching training, and ongoing psychological development. This blend enables me to bring both challenge and depth into every session.

I am an accredited member of the EMCC and trained in Nancy Kline’s Ten Components of a Thinking Environment. This training strengthens the foundations of my coaching: attention, appreciation, equality and ease, allowing clients to think in ways they often cannot elsewhere.

I am a member of the CIPD - My background includes significant HR Business Partner roles across multiple sectors, giving me insight into organisational dynamics, leadership challenges, people development, performance, and the real-world pressures employees face at every level.

I am also trained as an Adult Mental Health First Aider and a member of Henley Business School. I am currently studying Psychology for Coaches, further expanding my ability to bring psychological understanding into sessions when relevant. This means clients benefit not only from a space to think, but also from informed challenge, perspective and a deeper understanding of the patterns behind behaviour.
