About Fay
A coach who deeply understands what it
means to find your voice, because I had to learn how to find mine.
Growing up quiet, introverted, and
navigating a stammer, I spent years believing my voice didn’t belong in certain
rooms. I often heard I needed to “speak up” or “be more confident,” yet no one
could explain what that actually meant. As I moved into the workplace, this
translated into procrastination, fear of getting things wrong, imposter
syndrome and a tendency to hide rather than step forward.
Coaching changed the direction of my
life.
It gave me the space to think, understand myself, and recognise the beliefs,
patterns and fears that were driving my behaviour. With clarity came choice and
confidence. I began to see myself differently, to let go of shame I’d carried
for years, and to step into a version of myself that felt authentic and
grounded.
This experience shapes everything about how I coach today.
It’s why I create spaces of ease, patience and genuine understanding. It’s why
my sessions balance empathy with thoughtful challenge. And it’s why I am
passionate about helping others find the clarity and confidence that once felt
out of reach for me.
